We pride ourselves on preparing all food fresh each morning, with a focus on fresh vegetables and lean protein (fish, shrimp and tofu). Nothing is fried or processed. Our food is high in protein and low in fat. 

We stock our foods with well known super foods like salmon, avocado, tofu, seaweed, nuts and miso! 

99% of our food is gluten free. 

Did you know:
Sushi actually means vinegar-ed rice! We can (and do) put anything inside that vinegared rice! We make delicious sushi with vegetables, tofu and even cooked fish. 

Better yet, sushi is one of the best sources of nutrition available because it's packed with protein, dense with nutrients, gluten-free and low in fat.

That seaweed that wraps  the vinegared rice? Possibly the secret to the Japanese' long life spans! Seaweed is a super food, rich with essential vitamins and minerals; it has twice as much Vitamin C as oranges, is packed with beta-carotene like carrots and is rich in calcium! 

That delicious fish inside the handroll? Low fat, high in protein, fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2. Omega-3 fatty acids keep our hearts and brains healthy and reduce the risk of all types of ailments! 

Coconut water is a natural, healthy, energy drink. There's a reason celebrities everywhere have been seen drinking it lately, but it's nothing new. It's been used and enjoyed throughout Asia for thousands of years, as a natural remedy for all types of ailments. It's packed with electrolytes, including potassium, magnesium, phosphorous and calcium. 

And tofu? It reduces cholesterol, is rich in B-vitamins and contains loads of calcium.
